This policy explains how LookSphere, Inc. (“LookSphere”, “we”) handles information collected through this website. It does not cover data we process for customers under a separate agreement. That is governed by the agreement with each customer.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use a contact form we receive your name, email address, facility or company name, and your message, including any calculator results you choose to include.
- Usage information. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and buttons clicked.
Cookies
We ask before setting any analytics cookies, wherever you are. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_* to count visits and understand how the site is used. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics does not load. We store your choice in your browser so we don't ask again. You can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. We don't use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss whether LookSphere is a fit for your facility.
- To understand and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it
Contact form submissions are handled by our hosting and email providers, including Supabase. Usage data is processed by Google Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, then delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@looksphere.ai. Depending on where you live, including the UK and the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law.
