Matt McConley is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of LookSphere, building the AI brain for fitness facility operators. LookSphere connects their fragmented systems into a single intelligence layer and puts agents alongside them that can handle anything, so operators can stop digging for data and start showing up for their business, their customers, and the people who matter most in life.

He spent 13 years at Johnson Health Tech (Matrix Fitness, Bowflex, Schwinn) as the global stakeholder for digital and AI products across 50+ markets, responsible for what got built, how it went to market, and whether it won. The products he shepherded earned Matrix the PlusX Innovation and Ease of Use Award three years running. Over his tenure, the brand grew from a $450M #5 in the global market to the undisputed #1 at $2B. Most recently, he led product management on PACE, Matrix's AI-driven personalized coaching platform built in partnership with seca.

A recognized voice on AI and fitness, Matt has been quoted in Fortune Magazine, authored "More Data, Less Direction" in Beyond Activ, and spoken at HFA, FIBO Future Talks, and the Fitness Technology Summit. He began his career implementing enterprise software at Epic Systems and consulting across insurance, retail, and telecom before spending 13 years at the center of global commercial fitness. To LookSphere, Matt brings 13 years of global sales relationships, a network of 90+ industry partners, and a proven record of taking AI products from concept to global commercialization.
